Shore City Magicians Club
The Shore City Magicians Club Incorporated was established in 1974 to encourage the arts and traditions of magic and the allied entertainment arts, with a focus on encouraging youth.
About the Club
They meet on the first Thursday of each month at their clubooms in Takapuna and welcome membership from those who have a keen and serious interest in the art of magic. Members range from beginners through to full time professional entertainers.
The annual club subscription is $25 for those under twenty, $35 to those above. This fee covers clubroom hire and running costs.
Members are entitled to library and voting privileges as well as being invited to magic evenings held in Auckland featuring lecturers from around the world.
