Sport Canterbury School Holiday and After School Programmes
Sport Canterbury is a leader and facilitator of increasing physical activity and sport in Canterbury and, among other things, organises school holiday programmes and after school programmes for children. Their children's programmes have been certified by Child Youth and Family.
The Sport Canterbury After School Programme targets Year 1 - 8 children and is built on the successful KiwiSport Holiday Programme. The service operates at the conclusion of the school day, from 3:00pm until 5:30pm.
Their holiday programmes are split into Junior (ages 5 to 8), Senior (ages 9 to 12) and Adventure Holiday Programmes (ages 11 to 13). Check the relevent sections in their website for more details about each of these.
